Oven baked zucchini with tuna

Ingredients for this dish: zucchini, tuna (canned), olive oil, leek, carrot, selery, yellow pepper, tomato cubes (canned), grated cheddar and herbs to taste.

Wash the zucchini and cut along in two parts. Sprinkle with some salt and olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C).

Clean the other vegetables and cut in little cubes. Bake the vegetables (leek, carrot, selery and pepper) a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add the tomato cubes and herbs (oregano) and let it bake for a few extra minutes. Take off the heat and mix the tuna with the vegetables.

Remove the zucchini from the oven and fill with it tuna mixture. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
