Tomato mozzarella

Today’s starter is a perfect combination of tomato, mozzarella and Italian herbs. Start by washing the tomato and cutting both the tomato and the mozarella in slices.

Spread 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar over the bottom of an oven dish. Alternately arrange a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella in the oven dish. Sprankle with olive oil and italian herbs (basil and oregano).

Place in a preheated oven (150°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
