Pasta vongole and scampi

Ingredients for this delicious dish are pasta (I choose for penne), vongole, scampi, cherry tomatoes, onion, white wine, parsley.

First put vongole in a bowl a water with some salt to get the sand out. Clean the cherry tomatoes and cut in 4. Finely chop the onion. Clean the scampi.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the guidelines, take into account the time needed to prepare the other ingredients. First bake the scampi until pink in some olive oil and take them out again. Simmer the onion until soft on a low heat. Add the cherry tomaties and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the rinsed vongole, the pink scampi, the parsley and the white wine. Simmer for 3 minutes until the vongole start to open up. Add the pasta and mix together. Serve hot!
