Irish Hereford beef

A meat dish. And one of my personal favorites. This time I choose an Irish Hereford steak. To prepare it put it in the oven at 65°C for about an hour to make it ready all the way through. After that you just had to sear the meat and let it rest for a while.

The duchess potatoes, were bought and just had to be baked in the airfryer.
