Chicken oven dish

Precook the carrots. Bake the chicken in butter and put it into a greased oven dish. Bake the onion and bell pepper in the same pan. Season the chicken with curry powder, pepper and salt. Pour some coconut milk over the chicken.

Place the tomatoes in a shingles on top of the chicken. put the onions and bell pepper in the dish, follow by the precooked carrots. Pour the rest of the coconut milk over the dish.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the vegetables and put in the preheated (180°C) oven for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
