Pork roast with green beans

Start by seasoning the pork roast with salt and pepper. Spead some butter over the meat and place in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.

Clean the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes. Braise the green beans with some spring onions. Cook the potatoes and mash ’em up with some milk and butter.
