Oven baked cod

Mix 1 spoon of parsley with 3 spoons of fine bread-crumbs and 2 spoons of olive oil to a firm mixture. Cut the lemon in slices.

Put the cod in a greased baking dish. Add some slices of lemon and spread the parsley mixture over the cod. Add a sprig of vine tomatoes and put in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes (rather thick slices of cod).

Serve with mashed potatoes!
