Russian salad

Easy dish. first boil the eggs hard and let them cool down. Clean the carrots and potatoes and cook them. cut the bell pepper, pickles and ham into small dices. Cook the peas.

For the dressing combine a spoon of strong mustard with three spoons of vinegar. Beat while adding the oil drop by drop.

Put the ingredients (potatoes, carrots, peas, ham, bell peppers, Amsterdam onions, pickles and hard boiled egg together in a bowl.. pour some dressing over it and enjoy!
