Ham salad with melon salsa

A health lunch recipe. First clean the lettuce and water cress, cut in pieces a put in a bowl. Wash and cut radish in thin slices. Add the radish to the lettuce. Make a dressing with walnut oil and balsamic and pour over the salad mix. season to taste with salt and pepper. Let it all marinate for some time.

For the salsa, cut the melon in small cubes. Slice half a red onion in thin slices. Chop some fresh basil fine. combine all in a bowl, add the juice of one lemon and some olive oil. Season with chili. Let it all marinate for some time.

Put some of the salad mix in a small bowl. Add the small cubes of ham. Put some of the melon salsa on top and finish with some finely cut wallnuts. Enjoy!
