Grilled marinated salmon

First of all prepare the marinade. Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and garlic together. Put the marinade in a high dish and let the salmon marinate on both sides for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile, julienne the cabbage and carrot and cut the cucumber in small dices. Add the juice of half a lemon and some olive oil. mix together.

Grill the marinated salmon for a few minutes on both side. Serve the salmon on top of the raw vegetable mixture.
