Tropical fruit salad with coconut and mint

Clean and cut the mango and pineapple in tiny cubes. Cut the mint into thin strips. Roll the lime over the table and squeeze the lime. Mix the lime juice with the honey. Roast the coconut flakes in a dry pan.

Put the fruitmixture in a bowl, pour the lime-honey mixture and mint over it, mix well. Finish with the roasted coconut flakes.
