First clean the spinach. Shrink the spinach in butter. Cut it fine and add the heavy cream. Let it cook until thicken. Bake the cod in butter.

Just before serving add some shrimps to the spinach cream sauce. Put the cod on a plate, cover with the spinach cream sauce and sprinkle some shrimps over it.
