Chicken with veggie fries

Start by cleaning the potatoes, parsnip and kohlrabi and cutting them into fries. Steam them for about 5 minutes and let them cool down a bit.

Clean and cut the onion, tomatoes and bell pepper into small cubes. braise the onion in butter, When soft, add the tomatoes, bell pepper, chicken stock, and white wine and let simmer.

Put the vegetables (potaotes, parsnip and kohlrabi) in an oven dish. Sprinkel some provencal herbs and olive oile over them and put in a preheated oven. Meanwhile bake the chicken.

Finely mix the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Put some chicken on a plate. Pour some sauce around it and finish with the veggie fries. Enjoy!
