Shakshuka

The original shakshuka is without bacon, but I had it in the fridge so I added it to the dish. Start with baking the bacon. Clean the onion and bell pepper. Cut the onion into half rings and the bell pepper into strips. When the bacon is almost done, add the onion and bell pepper and let it bake untill soft. Add the tomato cubes and some herbes (parsley, basil, garlic). Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Make 4 wells and break 4 eggs in them. Let simmer for another 10 minutes until the egg white has set. Sprinkle some parsley on top and you’re done.
