Steamed chicken with fennel and turnips

Cut the chiken fillets in slices and place in a steamer basket. Steam for 15 minutes. After a few minutes add the rice to the water and let the chicken steam on top.

Clean the fennel and turnips and cut in small dices. Bake in olive oil. Add a dash of water and close the lit. Let the vegetables cook al dente. a few minutes before the rice is ready remove the lit and let the water steam away. Season with cumin, coriander, garlic, pepper and salt.

All is ready at the same time. Season the chicken with pepper and salt. Enjoy this healthy meal!
