Fusilli with salmon and spinach

Start by steaming the salmon until ready. When it’s ready use the water to cook the fusilli. Clean and cut an onion, baby spinach and some tomatoes.

Braise the onion in some cocnut oil, Add the spinach and let it shrink. Then add tomatoes. Cut the salmon is small cubes and add them to the spinach mixture as well. Season with dill and Italian herbs. Then add the cream cheese and heavy cream and let simmer until the cream cheese has melted away.

Add the fusilli to the sauce and serve!
