First of all start by washing and peeling the peaches. Cut them in 8 parts and remove the stone. Cut the halloumi in thick slices. Put them both on a hot grill for a few minutes. Meanwhile roast the pine nuts untill light brown.
Wash and cut the lettuce, the cucumber and the raddishes. Put the vegetable mix in a bowl. arrange the grilled peaches and halloumi on top of it, spray with balsamic and sprinkle the pine nuts over the dish.
