Banana muffins

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Mash the 2 bananas with the egg and chop the handful of walnuts a bit finer. Then add the rest of the ingredients (125g oatmeal, 150ml milk, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of baking powder). Mix together.

Grease the muffin cups with a little butter, oil or baking spray. Fill about 7 to 8 muffin tins with the batter and then put the muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
